EHBC Kids Registration

Please include grades for any children in Prek-5th. If current school year is complete, please select the grade your child will be entering in the fall.  

If you have needs, someone from the EHBC Kids Team will contact you.

Throughout the year, photographs are taken for use in EHBC publications, on the website, and local news media. Please check the box if you authorize your child(ren) to be photographed.
